GiFFT offers its Community Development Support Services (CDSS) as a means of providing improved accountability for the use of Social Premium funds. As a standard feature of fair trade, these Social Premium funds flow back to the producers for community development projects. GiFFT's Community Development Support Service will allow anyone with access to the internet to view the status of ongoing community development projects. This Service will also promotes a level of transparency that is unprecedented in the fair trade movement. With the CDSS web tool you will be able to review any and all of the community development projects funded by GIFFT social premium funds. You will be able to see photos of the projects and of the producers who are benefiting from these projects. You will also be able to learn more about the buyers involved in the fair trade movement.
