GiFFT provides a full-range of fair trade services.
STANDARDS: GiFFT's core fair trade standard is world-class. GiFFT fair trade standards are being developed for products that are commonly fair traded. GiFFT also develops new fair trade standards for products that do not yet have a fair trade standard. (

LICENSING: The GiFFT Certified Fair Trade mark assures the consumer that the producers of the product are being paid fairly and treated well. The mark also assures the consumer that their fair trade purchase supports community development projects in the producer's communities. GiFFT partners with an independent certification agency which inspects the commercial participants involved with each GiFFT fair trade product. When this independent agency certifies that the product complies with the respective GiFFT standard, then GiFFT licenses the product to carry the GiFFT Certified Fair Trade mark. (

SUPPORT: GiFFT supports the global fair trade movement in various ways. GiFFT supports the proper use of Social Premium funds through its Community Development Support Service. Practical training and technical support will also be provided. GiFFT is also planning various volunteer programs in which volunteers will be able to support producer groups and advance the fair trade movement. (
